Q:  Do we need to bring our own life jackets for the kids?

A: No. We will supply life vests for everyone including children and infants.

Q:  Do you allow dogs on your pontoon boats?

A: Yes. We love dogs!, just be courteous because you will be responsible for any damage.

Q:  What's included with my pontoon boat rental?

A: All of our pontoon boats are fully equipped with USCG safety equipment, Bimini tops for shade if you want, 2 anchors, swim ladders and plenty of storage under the seats. We also provide you with a map of the area and will go over the hot spots and different areas of Shell Island. Gas is also included in your pontoon rental.

Q:  How early should we arrive?

A: We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your reservation. Make sure to complete your waiver digitally when booking online. It will be included in your confirmation email.  If you decide to come at a later time, just give us a call or text and we will make a notation on your reservation.

Q:  What should we bring on our pontoon boat rental?

A: We also suggest bringing all the items you take for a beach day!

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date then you will receive a 100% refund. If the weather is severe and we determine that you cannot go out on the day you are scheduled, then you will also receive a full refund. If there is any need to change dates or times, please give our office a call as soon as you foresee a problem so that we can reschedule you. As long as you have given us sufficient notice there will be no charge for rescheduling.

Q:  Am I required to have a boating license to rent a pontoon boat?

A: Drivers/operators born after 1/1/1988 are required to have a “Boaters Education Certificate” to operate a boat or jet ski. Click here to take the course online and earn your certification today.

A: Most of the waterfront restaurants are close to our location. We have Hunt's Oyster bar, Uncle Ernie's, Slice House and Captain's Table within walking distance.  You are always welcome to come back to our site for lunch.

Q: How far are you from Shell Island?

A: We are 12-15 minutes cruising speed from Shell Island. We pride ourselves in being one of the closest rental companies to Shell Island.  We also do not have all the no wake zones and congestion as the other companies. We are a short stress free cruise to the island.
